Family, friends, co-workers, and the entertainment industry can have unrealistic expectations of you. You are one person with your own unique challenges. As you walk to the path of self-love, do not compare yourself to anyone else.

Live in the Moment, Just for a Moment Every Day

Learn to let go of the past and worries about the future. Live in the moment and allow yourself to have simple pleasures.

Daily Gratitude

Daily gratitude is the key to happiness and loving yourself.

Start a gratitude journal, an Instagram channel, a blog, or just take three minutes every day to think about all the things you have to be thankful for, such as your health, your life, your friends, your country, and M&Ms. Express your gratitude every day either privately or openly. If you have breath in your body and can read this blog, you have something to be grateful for.
