Put Yourself First & Feel Like a Winner

Putting yourself first helps you win at love, life, and work. Putting yourself first is not selfish. It is important to develop a routine of self-care that makes you strong in mind, body, and soul. Below are short points to remember as you take care in this hectic world.


  • Discover what you want in life and a plan to obtain it.
  • Cut distractions and do not sweat the small stuff.
  • Accept failure as lessons.


  • Learn basic nutrition and what is good for you to eat and drink.
  • Add exercise and movement to your day every day.
  • Get 7-9 hours of sleep each night and develop a healthy sleep hygiene.


  • When times get tough, to whom do you turn? God? Therapist? Or a friend?
  • Always do the right thing even when nobody is watching.
  • As you strive to accomplish your goals in life, do no harm to others. Do not compete with others in a way where ordinary people must be crushed under your heel.
